Key skills

Should understand aspects of the system, should have basic and concrete knowledge about Domain.

Should be able to gather, analyze and develop requirement from concept of operations

Should be knowing how to write down performance and functional documents.

 Should understand the technical complexities

Should have an ability at interpreting it into laymans language when

communicating the same to the Technical/Testing Team.

Should be knowing how to write down performance and functional

Documents

Should be able to think logically so that he/she can comprehend

complex systems, how they work, how problems arise and how to fix

them

should have good communication skills (involve both verbal and

written)

3-5 years’ experience in Business Analyst / Financial Services / Insurance Sector –Life Insurance
