Job Description

Gather and validate business requirements for domestic & cross-border payments, receivables, mandates, payment investigations, and collections.
Define functional specifications for real-time payments, bulk payments, API-based disbursements, and ISO 20022 migrations.
Support design of liquidity modules (sweeps, pooling, virtual accounts, forecasting, intraday dashboards).
Map end-to-end payment flows including compliance (AML, sanctions), limits, fees/charges, reconciliation, and exception handling.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops involving Operations, Compliance, Risk, Channels, and Core Banking.
Collaborate with technology teams for solution design, integration mapping, and UAT cycles.
Conduct gap analysis on existing payment and liquidity platforms against ANZ's future-state vision.
