Job Description

As a Business Analyst specializing in Capital Markets and Trading, your primary responsibility will be to support the design, enhancement, and delivery of digital trading solutions. You should have a thorough understanding of trading products like Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, FX, and Commodities. Your expertise in end-to-end trading journeys, mobile trading applications, and requirements management for investment and market transaction workflows will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and Trading to contribute significantly to the project. - Demonstrate a strong functional understanding of various trading products. - Work on digital/mobile trading platforms and ensure seamless operations. - Manage documentation efficiently using tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio / Lucidchart. - Collaborate with global banking, investment banking, or financial institutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders from different regions. - Adapt to Agile / Scrum environments and deliver results accordingly. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Capital Markets and Trading. - Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio / Lucidchart. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with multi-region stakeholders. - Strong documentation skills including BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps (UML/BPMN). - Experience with trading systems like Bloomberg, Reuters, FIX, OMS/RMS is preferred. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, MiFID, FINRA will be advantageous. - Certifications like CFA, FRM, CBAP, Agile/Scrum are a plus.
