Direct Responsibilities

• Strong domain expertise in

  Capital Markets

  3+ years in Triparty Collateral Management

  .
• Expert-level knowledge in

  Clearing, Custody & Settlement

  across multiple markets.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with organization’s Quality Management standards.
  
• Work with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure effective solution delivery.
  
• Experience in

  Agile methodologies

  , playing roles such as

  Scrum Master

  or

  Product Owner

  .
• Prepare detailed

  BRDs

  based on user requirements.
• Support development teams in reducing defects in

  IST / UAT / Production

  environments.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate issues when required.
  
• Work independently with strong ownership and professionalism.
  
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promote team spirit, and share knowledge.
  
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure seamless functional support.
  
• Gain comprehensive understanding of applications, business processes, and functionalities.
