Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

1. Preparation of detailed Business Requirement documents and Business process mapping and improvements - Gap Analysis documents.

2. Functional Testing and defect management.

3. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

4. Knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, Waterfall.

5. Preferably knowledge of Trading front end system and understanding of capital market (Equity, Equity derivatives, Currency derivatives or Commodity derivatives).

6. Domain Capital Market

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E / B.Tech in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM in a relevant field (preferred for managerial or analytical roles)
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adjusting to changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work in staggered shifts as per business requirements
