Understand the relationships and analyze. Understand the business roles and decision making process. Define each account strategy to suggest the best approach for reaching the decision maker. Understand, define and refine business relationship maturity index. Provide inputs to the web research analyst on data quality. Interact with the web research team to get the required data.
