Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst- Billing
In this role, [In this role, you will be required to Generate invoices and billings analysis. To support the Stakeholder in performing financial tasks and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company&rsquos revenues
Responsibilities
The key requirement is to perform Contract billing Analysis.
The analyst should help business by identifying billings across various contracts.
Should have good idea on cash flow, invoice to cash procedures.
Should work closely with customers across the globe, gather requirements and obtain approvals for any additional opportunities/billings identified.
Ability to prepare invoices, upload invoices to the system and send to customers using various channels.
Should have good knowledge and experience in excel and billings reconciliation.
Ability to draw insights based on the trends in the data and drive improvements in the contract.
The analyst should be able to understand the Accounts payable system and should also support critical financial activities across various contracts
Supports on various ad hoc projects and data requirements
Generate & Run various report to support new opportunities
Support with data collection from various sources defined to support in next level analytics.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor&rsquos degree in business, Commerce, Engineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office tools
Good years of Billing / Invoicing experience
Aerospace background is preferred
Ready to take new challenges.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, Oracle Fusion or SAP is a plus
Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering.
Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.
