Business Analyst

Bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes, workflows and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Support UAT and validate solutions against business needs.
• Maintain a backlog of requirements and user stories in tools such as Jira.
• Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify risks and dependencies tied to requirements and propose mitigations.
• Support change management and user adoption for new systems.

• Bachelor s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
