Job Description

Bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize requirements.
Document current and future-state processes, workflows and use cases.
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.
Collaborate with developers, QA and operations to ensure successful delivery.
Support UAT and validate solutions against business needs.
Maintain a backlog of requirements and user stories in tools such as Jira.
Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle.
Identify risks and dependencies tied to requirements and propose mitigations.
Support change management and user adoption for new systems.

Bachelor s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and analysis.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
