Key Skills

• Primary:

  SQL expertise, Banking domain knowledge, Data Warehouse, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Risk & Regulatory compliance, ETL/Informatica.

• Secondary:

  SAS, PySpark, Jira / Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology partners (Solution Designers, Architects) to research and analyze current system capabilities and define technology solutions, options, and recommendations.
• Define, document, and translate business requirements in a Data Warehouse environment into detailed functional specifications.
• Engage in business and data requirements to develop complete business solutions.
• Work on Source-to-Target Mapping Sheets (IDC Incoming Data Collection Sheet).
• Perform requirements analysis and collaborate with downstream stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HLR/DLR (High-Level Requirements / Detailed-Level Requirements) documents.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure data integrity and solution accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (Informatica).
• Experience in Banking domain and regulatory/risk compliance projects.
• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse concepts, Data Mapping, and Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of SAS and PySpark for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Kanban boards.

Note: Candidate should have worked on banking domain projects.
