Business Analyst - Banking

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in the banking sector, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret complex regulatory changes within the banking and financial services domain. You will be required to manage and analyze large datasets to drive business decisions and strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and refine project scopes and business requirements will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing project documentation including epics, features, and user stories using project management tools such as JIRA. Your role will also involve utilizing your knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience in web application/UI design, specifically with TABLEAU. It would be beneficial if you have worked on Power BI, Axure, and Visio. Understanding the Banks Balance Sheet and the reconciliation process thereof will be essential. A good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, along with experience working within an Agile environment, will be advantageous.
