Business Analyst-Aviation Domain

As a Business Analyst-Aviation Domain, your role involves having experience in the Aviation Domain, including Flight Operations and OCC. You should have a reasonable understanding of Crew Management, Flight Operations, Training Planning, Manpower Planning, Fleet Planning Tracking, and Crew Planning Tracking. Your responsibilities will include: - Examining and evaluating current systems. - Identifying system requirements. - Liaising with users to track additional requirements and features. - Learning and assisting in software development and documentation. - Providing test data to the Development team. - Creating BRDs, ICD, and business solutions design documents. - Assessing feasibility of solutions. - Demonstrating knowledge of business information systems. - Applying excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude. - Having a self-learning attitude. Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining business problems, business objectives, and key business requirements. You will model requirements to restate and clarify them, assess requirements for associated risks and constraints, and prioritize requirements based on business needs and development capacity available within Digital. Additionally, you should understand the SDLC process, create Use cases, scenarios, and test data in Operations systems, and drive the requirements process. Your role will involve coordinating the development of all approved versions of business and functional specifications, expertise with requirement and project-related documentation, and managing document repositories. You should have the ability to lead and support cross-functional business teams, work independently, and liaise with cross-functional teams. Any Certification will be a plus, and you should be able to work with senior-level stakeholders of large organizations and collaborate with development partners to complete deliverables. Preferred Skills: 1. Business Analysis and Project Management. 2. Sound knowledge of software like Visio, Project, Word, Excel, and databases.
