1. Product Thinking

Dive into user interviews, surveys, and competitor research to decode what users want .

Frame sharp, validated problem statements that make decision-making effortless.

Convert insights into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and structured business requirements.

2. Execution Excellence

Prepare high-quality PRDs and maintain a well-groomed backlog ready for sprint execution.

Team up with engineering to ensure clarity, reduce rework, and keep delivery smooth.

Continuously adopt and apply product frameworks in daily work.

3. Collaboration Communication

Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.

Be the voice of the user in roadmap discussions, planning, and trade-offs.

Present discovery insights, requirement decks, and release notes to stakeholders with confidence.

4. Organizational Contribution

Suggest data-backed product improvements and push high-value ideas into the roadmap.

Support product launches with documentation, GTM content, and internal enablement.

Track post-release metrics like adoption, TTV, and feature success.

5. Leadership Growth

Own smaller features/modules from discovery delivery.

Mentor junior BAs and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Follow a quarterly learning plan to progress toward a Product Manager role.
