Business Analyst and Inside Sales Executive

You will be working as a Business Analyst and Inside Sales Executive for IT Managed Services with Danush Systems and Solutions, a global leader in digital transformation and enterprise IT solutions. Your role will involve managing and renewing contracts for the IT Managed Services portfolio, focusing on client relationships, cross-selling services, and ensuring customer retention. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the renewal cycle of managed service contracts for existing client accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client business needs. - Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align services with customer expectations. - Track and manage renewal pipeline, ensuring timely closure of renewals. - Provide accurate proposals and pricing in accordance with Danush's service catalog and policies. - Update records in CRM systems and generate sales reports for leadership. - Act as a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed about new services and solutions from Danush. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - 12 years of sales experience, preferably in IT Managed Services or enterprise IT solutions. - Proven ability in managing client accounts, contract renewals, and delivering excellent customer service. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office tools. - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, ERP, or managed services is beneficial.
