Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding and integration of new products onto the reconciliation platform.
Analyze and support the design of reconciliation processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Help configure and customize data models and pipelines to meet business requirements.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to support operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for ongoing enhancements and fixes.
Participate in the research, design, and implementation of new features and improvements to the reconciliation application.
Document requirements and design specifications for new functionalities.
Support testing and validation of new configurations and enhancements before implementation.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality and data quality.
Help identify and address technical debt while automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

3-10 years of experience working in a business analyst role.
University degree (Bachelors) in IT or a related field.
Good understanding of reconciliation processes.
Technical proficiency in reconciliation tools is a plus.
Have experience in Intellimatch, ARO or EZops
Familiarity with any: RESTful APIs, Excel, Python, SQL, and Cloud hosting.
Basic knowledge of version control systems (GIT, SVN).
Understanding of agile software development lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in oral and written English.
