You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical . Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with business requirements and best practices. Develop and maintain project plans , status reports , and other essential project documentation to track progress and ensure smooth delivery. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of the solution. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users , ensuring effective adoption and usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Research and gather information to help assess the current business model and define the future state or solutions that align with customer needs. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical . Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. Experience in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team . Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle CRM . Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical .
