Must have skills : EPIC Systems Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Develop and maintain business architecture models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EPIC Systems. Strong understanding of business process analysis. Experience in conducting gap analysis and recommending solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in EPIC Systems. This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years of full time education is required.
