Business Analysis Senior Manager - Vice President

Role Overview: You will be a strong expert in technology, financial data, system operation processes of Fullsuite application, and a timely solution provider. Your responsibilities will include identifying system problems, determining the root cause of issues, and collaborating with various partners (upstream/downstream systems, Operation, Finance, Business, and Technology teams) to implement solutions across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, NAM, and LATAM). Additionally, you will be accountable for Consent Order deliveries, DCRM solutions, debugging using Ab-initio graphs, executing complex SQL queries, and leading a team with strong system expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Identify system problems, determine root causes, and collaborate with various partners for solution implementation - Manage Consent Order deliveries and DCRM solutions across all regions - Utilize expertise in Ab-initio, Oracle, and UNIX technologies for debugging and SQL query execution - Participate in IT development life cycles to ensure better solutions are provided - Lead a team and create an environment fostering strong system expertise Qualifications Required: - Possess 10+ years of overall IT experience - Proficient in Ab-initio, Oracle (SQL & PLSQL), and UNIX technologies with a minimum of 7 years" experience in these areas - Strong understanding of financial ledger concepts, Financial and Management reporting functionalities with a minimum of 7 years of experience - Ability in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and stakeholders engagement/coordination for solutions and implementations - Experience in leading teams and relevant leadership skills - Knowledge and experience in finance technology, financial data, end-to-end system flows, and operations processes of Ledger applications - Demonstrated leadership ability, clear and concise communication skills, and evidence-based argumentation - Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines - Proficient in using complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques Please note that the Job Description did not include any additional details about the company.,
