Job Description:-

Good markets knowledge across a range of products: FX, Equities, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, Futures, Swaps, Energy, Metals

Excellent Front to Back (full) knowledge of Trade Lifecycle.

Practical experience in functional analysis and design, utilizing different methodologies i.e., Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within a Waterfall or Agile Project environment

Requirements elicitation, functional design, and problem-solving skills - structured, formal approach to analysis tasks

Ability to convey requirements to developers in a way that s clearly understood by them.

Expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LEAN).

Should have worked on JIRA, Confluence for requirement management.

Good knowledge of XML is required for mapping / linking data across systems.

Accountability for delivery takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable in written and verbal communications) to facilitate with users from around the world and from different cultural backgrounds), relationship management and flexible interpersonal skills
