Business Analysis

Elicit and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts related to prepaid travel card products.

Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirement documentation (BRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and process flowcharts.

Conduct detailed gap analysis and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance business operations and customer experience.

Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, supporting test scenarios, test cases, and validation processes to ensure product functionality aligns with defined requirements.

Provide insights, recommendations, and strategic input to product management and leadership teams based on market analysis and internal data.

Secondary Skills:

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore).

Knowledge of payment standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS).

Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and other documentation and project management platforms.
