Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming and will be responsible for developing and maintaining SAP applications to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces in SAP environments.
Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze business requirements.
Perform unit testing and debugging of ABAP programs to ensure quality delivery.
Participate in system upgrades and new implementations as needed.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing SAP applications.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language, including Object-Oriented ABAP.
Experience with SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, or HR is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Good understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices.
