What would you do? Handle multiple tasks and stake holders to complete activities Good knowledge and experience in supply chain management Team handling and work queue management (Ticket assignment) Coordinate with suppliers and stake holders team on need basis Project coordination and preparation of training documentation Idea generation and Process improvement activities Rewards and Recognition for the eligible team members You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products.The flow of tasks involved in the supply chain, such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing and transporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside

Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsIn this role you are required to triage the incoming requests and assignment of tasks. Shift management, conducting daily huddle and tracking the progress of requests People management, Skill assessment and Training/ Coaching the team to meet the Client's expectation. Preparing change order Status, Quality, Volume, report on weekly basis and share to stakeholders. Lead across functional project initiatives, automation, enhancements, manufacturing BOM, documentation. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
