Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Management Systems Engineer located in Guwahati. The Building Management Systems Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing and maintaining building management systems, ensuring smooth operation of facility management services, and overseeing building services. The role requires the individual to work closely with the management team to ensure efficient and effective building operations.

Qualifications

• B.E/ B Tech/ Diploma/ MCA/ M.Sc.
• Experience in Building Management, Building Management Systems, and Management Systems
• Knowledge and skills in Building Services and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the Data Center industry is advantageous
