We are hiring fresh and dynamic graduates to join our HVAC projects team as Project Engineers . The role involves hands-on site work including installation, supervision, coordination, and execution of HVAC systems. Responsibilities : Assist in site execution of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment installation) Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal teams on daily site activities Supervise and monitor the work progress as per project timelines Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed on-site Read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts Maintain daily site reports and update project progress Support commissioning and testing of HVAC systems Attend project meetings and liaise with clients/consultants as required Requirements : BE/Diploma in Mechanical, EEE, or ECE (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred) Willingness to work at project sites (within and outside Chennai, if needed) Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus) Self-motivated and eager to learn through practical work Benefits : Exposure to end-to-end HVAC project execution On-site learning and practical training Career growth opportunities in HVAC and MEP sectors Travel and site allowances as per company policy Location: Chennai (with travel to site locations as required) Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply) Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical, EEE, or ECE Show more Show less
