Budgeting Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager Budgeting with the listed real estate brand, your role will involve identifying, assessing, negotiating, and appointing various contractors required for the business. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring detailed budgets, as well as obtaining contracting indents from the project planning and engineering departments. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare rate analysis, terms, and conditions of contracts - Develop contracting strategies for projects - Float tenders to various vendors, collect quotations, and prepare comparison statements - Conduct technical and commercial discussions, negotiations with contractors regarding rates for the scope of work - Analyze rates for material and labor components to optimize costs - Prepare purchase orders/work orders and finalize contracts - Study drawings, BOQ, and prepare tender documents - Create budgets/estimates - Insert budgets into ERP - Monitor budgets regularly with budgeted amounts and committed amounts - Provide budget tracking reports - Compare budgeted amounts with actual inward after project completion Qualification Required: - Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering,
