BTL - Visual Experience Specialist

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven BTL Visual Experience specialist to be the anchor between our field teams, BTL execution partners, and marketing team. If you’re someone who thrives on creating structure in chaos, has a strong visual eye, and can turn traditional campaign execution into a smooth, well-oiled machine — we want you.

This role is pivotal in ensuring all below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly, on-brand, on-time, and within budget. You’ll be the go-to person for process discipline, creative asset quality, and team coordination, while also injecting a much-needed creative refresh into our visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Asset Coordination

  : Ensure timely release of creative assets as per campaign guidelines in alignment with field, execution, and marketing teams.

• Process Excellence

  : Own and enforce campaign timelines, bringing strong process discipline to fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

• Stakeholder Management

  : Balance expectations of field teams with brand integrity—knowing when to say no to non-aligned campaigns.

• Budget Stewardship

  : Manage and optimize within the given marketing budget, ensuring maximum impact per spend.

• Creative Direction

  : Bring a fresh, modern lens to current creative assets. Guide the visual evolution in line with brand guidelines and templatize visual systems for future ease and consistency.

• Aesthetic Judgment

  : Take clear, confident creative calls with a strong sense of design quality and brand alignment.

• AI Savviness (Bonus):

  Leverage AI tools for content creation and optimization to speed up execution and reduce manual load.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or visual communication from NID, NIFT, or similar institutes.
• 3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing or creative coordination roles.
• Proven ability to manage projects under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with or an eagerness to adopt AI tools in creative workflows is a big plus.
