BTL Operations Manager North

As an experienced Operations Manager specializing in offline BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing, event production, and outdoor branding, your role will involve a combination of operations management and client account responsibilities. Your main focus will be on handling the logistics and execution of campaigns while nurturing strong client relationships. This position is based in Bangalore and requires you to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality execution, and excellent client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Operations Management: You will be responsible for planning and supervising the operational aspects of BTL marketing campaigns, including event production, fabrication, and outdoor branding installations. - Client Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establish and maintain relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure successful campaign delivery. - Campaign Execution: Manage the setup and execution of on-ground activations, outdoor branding, and event-related deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with client expectations. - Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to manage materials, fabrication, and logistics for seamless campaign execution. - Budget & Timeline Management: Supervise campaign budgets, control costs, and monitor project timelines to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery. - Quality Control: Ensure all campaign deliverables meet the highest quality standards, comply with brand guidelines, and fulfill client specifications. - Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on campaign progress, and collect post-campaign feedback to enhance processes continuously.
