BTL Operations Manager North

As an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in offline BTL marketing, event production, and outdoor branding, your role will involve a combination of operations management and client account responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end to ensure seamless operations, quality execution, and high client satisfaction in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and oversee the operational aspects of BTL marketing campaigns, including event production, fabrication, and outdoor branding installations. - Act as the primary contact for designated clients, building relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. - Manage the setup and execution of on-ground activations, outdoor branding, and event-related deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations. - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to coordinate materials, fabrication, and logistics for smooth campaign execution. - Oversee campaign budgets, manage costs, and track project timelines to ensure on-schedule and cost-effective delivery. - Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to brand guidelines and client requirements. - Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on campaign status, and gather post-campaign feedback to continuously improve processes. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in offline BTL marketing, event production, and outdoor branding. - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within budget constraints. - Proficiency in budget management, vendor coordination, and timeline tracking. - Previous experience in agency background preferred.
