BTL Activation Planner

You will be joining Mindshaft Media Pvt Ltd, a leading marketing agency based in India, as a BTL Activation Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing below the line (BTL) activation campaigns for clients. Your main duties will include collaborating with the Project and Operation team to align strategies with clients" objectives, researching and selecting appropriate BTL activation channels, managing budgets, developing project plans, and overseeing campaign execution. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BTL activation planning and execution. You must possess a solid understanding of BTL marketing techniques and channels, excellent project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of local vendors and suppliers for BTL activations are also required. As a part of the team, you will be expected to stay updated on emerging BTL activation trends and technologies to enhance the agency's offerings.
