BSS Architect

You should have around 12 years of experience in the telecom domain, currently working as a solution architect or Lead Business Analyst. It is essential to possess experience in any of the COTS products, with more exposure being advantageous, particularly in areas like Order Management, Offer Management, Catalog, CRM, and Billing. Client-facing experience is a must, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently. Familiarity with BPM tools for workflow orchestration such as Pega, Camunda, Flowable, and recommendation engines like Next Best Offer is required. Knowledge of the latest use cases utilizing Gen AI across different enterprises is a plus. Additionally, having prior development experience early in your career would be beneficial, as well as an understanding of TMF modeling. Candidates primarily focused on supporting operations and dealing with only a few product issues per week are not suitable for this role.
