Key Responsibilities

For Branch Sales Officer (BSO):

• Drive CASA (Current & Savings Account) acquisition and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  
• Source new customers by conducting field visits, cold calls, and participating in marketing activities.
  
• Cross-sell retail banking products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment products.
  
• Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
  
• Resolve customer queries and provide superior service to enhance customer experience.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and KYC norms.
  

For Current Account Sales Officer:

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new

  Current Account (CA)

  customers through direct sales, cold calls, references, and market activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  
• Generate business leads by mapping potential customers such as traders, SMEs, corporates, and professionals.
  
• Drive activation of newly opened accounts and ensure regular transaction volumes.
  
• Cross-sell banking products (Overdraft, Forex, Payment Solutions, Business Loans, Trade Finance, Insurance, etc.) to current account holders.
  
• Conduct market visits, promotional activities, and customer meetings to generate new business.
  
• Build strong and long-term relationships with business customers for repeat business.
  
• Maintain MIS reports, pipeline tracking, and provide regular updates to reporting manager.
  
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank regulatory guidelines in all customer dealings.
