Broadband sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Broadband Sales Executive at Airtel, you will handle both inside sales (at MyG Nathialath G Mart) and field sales in nearby areas. The role involves promoting Airtel broadband connections, explaining plans and offers to walk-in customers, generating leads, and ensuring successful activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the store (vat MyG Nathialath G Mart).
• Explain Airtel broadband plans, offers, and installation process.
• Maintain good product knowledge and provide proper guidance to customers.
• Generate and record leads from walk-ins and pass them to the field installation/support team.
• Maintain store display, brochures, and promotional material related to Airtel broadband.
• Achieve daily and monthly in-store sales targets.
• Visit residential and commercial areas around the store to promote Airtel broadband services.
• Conduct door-to-door campaigns, distribute leaflets, and generate new customer leads.
• Follow up on leads generated through the store and field activities.
• Ensure timely customer documentation and coordinate with the installation team for activation.
• Report daily sales activities to the Area Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in sales (retail or field)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working both inside the store and on the field
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence for field work
• Basic smartphone/CRM handling knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
