Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Bricks Plant Incharge to oversee daily operations of our brick manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, knowledge of brick production processes, and experience managing plant activities, manpower, and machinery. Role & responsibilities Manage the entire operations of the brick plant (clay bricks, fly ash bricks, etc.). Monitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets are met. Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of machines. Maintain inventory of raw materials, fuel, and finished goods. Optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Maintain daily production and operational reports. Ensure safety compliance and proper working conditions for all workers. Manage labor workforce, shift planning, and team discipline. Coordinate with procurement and dispatch teams for smooth logistics. Key Skills Required: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of brick production methods (manual or automatic machines, kiln firing, etc.). Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and manage a team of workers and supervisors. Planning & Organization: Efficient in shift scheduling, production planning, and managing resources. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making in handling production or machinery issues. Quality Control: Attention to detail in monitoring product quality. Inventory & Logistics: Experience in stock keeping, material movement, and dispatch coordination. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of plant safety norms and labor welfare practices. Computer Skills: Basic MS Office and plant monitoring systems (if automated plant). Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering (preferred). Minimum 37 years of experience in a brick manufacturing plant or construction material industry.
