Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, voucher entry, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax returns (GST & TDS). Maintain general ledger accounts and perform journal entries as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies. Perform other related duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in accountancy or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of GST & TDS laws is essential.
