Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred. - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services. - Hands-on experience with FICO Blaze Advisor and decision management projects. - Strong understanding of Credit and Loan Origination lifecycle. - Familiarity with credit strategies, scorecards, and risk models. - Proficiency in documentation tools like MS Office, Visio, SmartDraw. - Solid understanding of JSON and its application in API and system design. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
