Senior Business Analyst (FICO Blaze BRE)

Location: Yes Bank, Santacruz/Airoli/Goregaon

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Credit / Loan Originations (Traditional and Digital) and a full understanding of end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience in working with Risk and Credit Policies, Strategies and Decision and Score Models.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Understanding of Decision Harvesting Workbook (DHW) and its best practices is must
• Strong documentation, implementation & analytical skills and familiarity with various tools e.g., Office, Visio, Smart Draw.
• Experience creating detailed reports and presentations.
• Understanding of JSON is must
• Prior experience with FICO BRE projects
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for credit/loan origination systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with FICO Blaze Advisor and decision management projects.
• Strong understanding of Credit & Loan Origination lifecycle.
• Familiarity with credit strategies, scorecards, and risk models.
• Experience with Decision Harvesting Workbook (DHW) is mandatory.
• Proficient in documentation tools: MS Office, Visio, SmartDraw.
• Solid understanding of JSON and its use in API and system design.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Junior Business Analyst (FICO Blaze BRE)

Location: Yes Bank, Santacruz/Airoli/Goregaon

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Explain requirements to the developers and get it implemented accordingly.
• Ensuring sanity testing and impacted areas of change to be tested/validated before confirming to business users.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with IT team.
• Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge (Retail Assets)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Prior experience with FICO BRE projects
