Job Description

As a Branding Strategist, your role will involve leading the creation, development, and implementation of end-to-end brand strategies across all platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining brand architecture, messaging, and visual identity in line with company objectives. - Conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand direction. - Overseeing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. - Collaborating with design, content, digital, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints. - Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across internal and external communications. - Spearheading rebranding initiatives and managing brand transitions during product launches or organizational changes. - Tracking, measuring, and reporting on brand performance metrics to optimize strategies based on data and trends. - Managing agency and vendor relationships for creative, advertising, and research services. - Mentoring junior brand strategists and marketing team members to build a strong, brand-focused culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles. - Proven track record of building and scaling successful brand strategies across digital and traditional channels. - Strong knowledge of branding principles, market research, consumer psychology, and storytelling techniques. - Proficiency in branding and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to think both creatively and analytically, along with being highly organized and results-driven. - Experience working in fast-paced environments, especially in tech, product-based, or B2B sectors is an advantage. - Familiarity with social listening tools, brand sentiment analysis, and campaign performance tracking. - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative and innovative mindset.,
