Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the creation, development, and implementation of end-to-end brand strategies across all platforms. This includes defining brand architecture, messaging, and visual identity in alignment with company objectives. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to guide brand direction effectively. In this position, you will oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaboration with design, content, digital, and product teams is crucial to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency in internal and external communications. Additionally, you will spearhead rebranding initiatives and manage brand transitions during product launches or organizational changes. Tracking, measuring, and reporting on brand performance metrics will be essential to optimize strategies based on data and trends. Your responsibilities will also include managing agency and vendor relationships for creative, advertising, and research services. Moreover, you will play a key role in mentoring junior brand strategists and marketing team members to foster a strong, brand-focused culture within the organization. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles is required. You must demonstrate a proven track record of building and scaling successful brand strategies across digital and traditional channels. Strong knowledge of branding principles, market research, consumer psychology, and storytelling techniques is crucial. Proficiency in branding and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and Google Analytics is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective collaboration. The ability to think creatively and analytically, along with being highly organized and results-driven, is essential. Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in tech, product-based, or B2B sectors, is advantageous. Familiarity with social listening tools, brand sentiment analysis, and campaign performance tracking is also beneficial. Your strong leadership and mentoring abilities, coupled with a collaborative and innovative mindset, will be key to success in this role.,
