Job Description – Brand Strategist / Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in Marketing, Branding, or Sales (preferably in Healthcare, Wellness, or Lifestyle industry)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Strategist / Marketing & Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand presence, driving sales growth, and developing marketing strategies to strengthen our company’s position in the healthcare & wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and market presence.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote healthcare & wellness services/products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for content, creatives, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, and event marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights.
• Explore and implement new sales channels and partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in brand strategy, marketing, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Preference to candidates with healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industry experience.
