Branding & Outreach Lead - Institute & Innovation Hub

Role Purpose

Champion GIFTs fintech brand through strategic communication, partnerships, media engagement, digital visibility, and policy-linked positioning to build a global identity. This is the contractual position in the grade of Manager / Senior Manager.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years in brand management / communications / digital strategy
• Experience in fintech, BFSI, EdTech, or technology ecosystem preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Management, or related fields.
• Advanced qualifications or executive certificates in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Strategic Communication preferred.
• Exposure to branding in the fintech or technology ecosystem will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Establish and amplify the GIFT Fintech Institute & Innovation Hub brand globally
• Build a differentiated narrative around fintech research, innovation, and digital finance leadership

Marketing & Digital Communication

• Lead PR, social media, event marketing, stakeholder communications
• Drive content creation - research highlights, newsletters, founder success stories, industry reports

Partner & Stakeholder Outreach

• Work closely with partners, global institutions, and media to amplify impact
• Ensure partner communications reinforce GIFT brand leadership

Event & Thought Leadership

• Deliver visibility at national and international forums, fintech summits, executive education conclaves
• Curate policy dialogues, lecture series, global speaker sessions
