Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven, creative Brand Strategist who thrives in high-growth environments. You will be responsible for crafting impactful content, driving digital campaigns, closing leads, and elevating our brand presence across channels. From strategy to execution, youll shape the voice and value of Infotech Launch. Job Responsibilities Freelancing Platform Expertise: Actively source and engage clients from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Truelancer, Bark, Outsourcely, Workana, and others. Experience with lead generation on these platforms is mandatory . Lead Generation Goals: Achieve measurable results during the trial period by bringing in qualified B2B leads: Minimum lead target: 510 qualified leads in the first 2 weeks Monthly lead goal: 20+ leads with potential conversion to closed deals Brand & Content Strategy: Define and maintain a consistent brand voice. Develop high-converting marketing content such as: Website copy, pitch decks, email campaigns, social media posts, and case studies. Marketing Asset Creation: Use tools like Canva or equivalents to design visually appealing pitch decks, sales materials, and campaign creatives. Digital Marketing Execution: Plan and launch AI-powered campaigns across SEO, SMO, and paid social platforms. Sales Funnel Ownership: Drive end-to-end B2B lead nurturing and conversionfrom initial outreach to follow-up, client engagement, and closing deals. Website & SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the tech team to implement conversion-driven content structures and optimize messaging for search visibility. Quality Assurance: Proofread all content and ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with the brand’s tone and business goals. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, development, and leadership teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution. Who You Are Strategic thinker with a flair for creative content and performance marketing Experience using modern tools like Canva, HubSpot, SEMrush, ChatGPT, or other AI tools Comfortable working in a startup/founder environment where speed and ownership matter Excellent written and verbal communication Proven experience driving leads and closing B2B deals What You Get Opportunity to innovate real-world AI workflows Work from anywhere, flexible yet committed, base location will be Kolkata at later date.
