Brand Strategist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a creative edge . Someone who can decode consumer behavior, analyze markets, and craft compelling brand strategies that guide creative execution. This role bridges the gap between insight and imagination, ensuring every brand we work with has a distinctive voice and a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies for clients including positioning, target audience, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis to identify opportunities.
• Craft strategic briefs and collaborate closely with the design, creative, and digital marketing teams.
• Guide the creation of brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Track and measure brand performance across channels, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Lead client workshops and presentations, effectively communicating strategic recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints digital, print, events, and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with cultural trends, market shifts, and emerging branding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in branding, strategy, marketing, or advertising (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills combined with a flair for creative storytelling.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills able to inspire both clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in brand research, consumer insights, and digital marketing metrics.
• Experience working with multiple industries (FMCG, Healthcare, Tech, Lifestyle, etc.) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop brand strategy, including positioning, target persona, messaging, and visual identity.
• Conduct and analyze consumer and market research (primary & secondary).
• Produce strategic brand documents and briefs for creative execution.
• Launch and monitor brand campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
• Track brand performance and refine strategy based on data insights.
• Ensure brand consistency via global/local guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business/Communications). MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years in brand or marketing strategy within agency/corporate sectors.
• Empathy for consumers, analytical mindset, strong storytelling skill.
• Proven track record of successful brand innovations or campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
