Role Overview

Brand Relationship Manager (BRM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the

    Brand Head

    in managing and driving sales for the assigned brand within your region.
  • Coordinate closely with

    Relationship Managers (RMs)

    to enhance brand sales performance.
  • Achieve

    regional purchase and sales targets

    in alignment with the Brand Head and Principal Brand Team.
  • Grow the

    Count of Customers (COC)

    for the brand through collaboration with local segment teams.
  • Generate new business leads through market research, customer engagement, and brand principal connections.
  • Support the RM team in closing high-value quotations and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular

    training sessions

    for the Segment Technical and RM teams to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure

    Gross Profit (GP)

    targets and

    inventory turnover ratios

    are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain strong

    public relations

    as the local brand representative with principal brand teams.
  • Apply strong

    commercial acumen

    to balance sales, profit margins, and stock management effectively.
  • Foster

    collaborative relationships

    with principal brand teams to strengthen the VISL–Brand partnership.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure

    customer delight

    and long-term loyalty.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    1–5 years in

    brand sales or key account management

    (Lighting / Electrical industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial understanding.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and achieving business goals.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving growth and customer satisfaction.
