As an experienced professional in corporate gifting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing the corporate gifting segment of the company. Additionally, you will oversee a team of sales executives working under your guidance. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute a comprehensive gifting strategy in line with the company's objectives, marketing campaigns, and client relationships. - **Personalization:** Ensure that gifts are personalized to resonate with the recipient's preferences or business connections, enhancing the significance of the gesture. - **Gift Selection:** Research and curate suitable gifts for corporate gifting purposes. - **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize gifting strategies with broader corporate initiatives or events. - **Brand Representation:** Maintain the company's brand image through the selection of gifts that strike a balance between personal appreciation and corporate branding. Your expertise in corporate gifting and experience in personalizing and curating corporate gift hampers will be invaluable in this role. Previous work on an E-commerce platform will be advantageous.
