Role Overview: - Engage with customers both in the showroom and online, greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide expert advice on suitable jewelry selections. - Explain product features, craftsmanship, and pricing while staying updated on the latest jewelry styles and trends. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain a deep knowledge of the jewelry collection, including materials, design, and value. - Play a key role in keeping the showroom well-presented with attractive and organized displays. - Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, identify sales opportunities, and close deals effectively. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and build relationships with clients for repeat business. - Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory control, and maintain accurate records of stock levels. - Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Required: - Passion for jewelry, customer engagement, and sales. - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in person at the designated location on a full-time basis.,
