Brand Promoter

As a Brand Promoter at Flavours of Calicut, you will play a crucial role in celebrating Kerala's authentic taste by promoting our signature banana chips, halwas, pickles, and more to customers. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers, offering product samples, and driving sales through your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence people. Key Responsibilities: - Actively promote Flavours of Calicut products through sampling and direct sales. - Approach customers confidently, explain product features, and encourage trial. - Convert product sampling into sales by influencing customer decisions. - Maintain product displays, sampling counters, and ensure hygienic presentation. - Meet and exceed sales targets with incentive opportunities. - Share customer feedback with the marketing and sales team. Qualifications Required: - Must be based in Kozhikode. - Fluency in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage). - Exceptional communication and persuasive skills. - Energetic, confident, and people-friendly personality. - Freshers can apply (training will be provided). - Both part-time and full-time positions available. At Flavours of Calicut, you will receive a basic salary along with incentives based on sales performance. Additionally, you will benefit from hands-on training in brand promotion and customer interaction, while having the opportunity to work with a fast-growing Kerala FMCG brand. Flexible options for part-time or full-time engagement are available, with expected hours of 15 per week.
