Job Description

As an experienced and highly organized professional with a proactive approach and an entrepreneurial spirit, your role involves generating new business for a global brand portfolio and managing Indian licensee partners within a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ideating Brand Extension strategy for clients - Developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms, and finalizing legal contracts - Leading the development of all business plans and collaborating with clients to devise and execute strategic licensing plans - Managing sales, licensees, and clients effectively - Conducting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting - Working closely with licensees to supervise product development, approvals, customer presentations, and exploring product and territory expansion opportunities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, brand/product development, or category management - Proven track record in commercial activities such as prospecting, pitching, and contract negotiation - Fluency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is desirable (Note: The additional company details have been omitted as they were not specifically related to the job role),
