About the Role

Brand Partnerships & Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential brand partners across categories
• Negotiate exclusive deals, better margins, and win-win collaborations
• Pitch creative use-cases for brand visibility, sales uplift, or customer rewards
• Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align brand deals with growth goals
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and gifting/loyalty space developments

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or growth roles
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset with solid execution capabilities
• Great communication and pitching abilities
• Bonus: Experience in gift cards, loyalty programs, or consumer savings platforms
