Brand Operations Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating with brands and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution. Your role will involve backend operations such as onboarding, sampling, offer setup, and reporting. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned brand accounts, you will proactively resolve any blockers that may arise. Your focus will be on operational excellence by streamlining recurring tasks, improving cross-functional SLAs, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting workflow automation for scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with brands and internal teams for timely campaign execution - Handle backend operations including onboarding, sampling, offer setup, and reporting - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned brand accounts - Proactively resolve any blockers that may arise - Streamline recurring tasks and improve cross-functional SLAs - Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support workflow automation for scalability - Track performance metrics, generate reports, and share insights to drive account growth - Collaborate with analytics, creator, tech, and ops teams for seamless campaign execution - Ensure updated documentation on brand-side integrations and feature adoption Qualifications Required: - 0-4 years of experience in brand operations roles - Strong communication, coordination, and ownership skills - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and working with performance data Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and a Provident Fund.
