Branding & Marketing Manager – Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing efforts across digital platforms and drive consistent lead generation for our real estate/property management business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead flow.
• Identify the right platforms to market our services (Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, local listing portals, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media marketing, including content calendars, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Create or coordinate creatives, graphics, and ad copies for campaigns.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation.
• Monitor campaign analytics and ensure cost-effective lead generation.
• Manage basic graphic designing tasks (Canva or similar tools).
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, management) to understand requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Explore collaborations, cross-promotions, and offline marketing opportunities (standees, brochures, posters, society activations).
• Report weekly performance and insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or service-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, lead forms, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition.
• Ability to create basic creatives (Canva/Photoshop is an added advantage).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in video editing (short reels).
• Knowledge of Google Ads & SEO.
• Knowledge of local real estate marketing trends.

Salary: Based on experience.
