Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute

  brand marketing strategies

  to strengthen brand identity and positioning.
• Own and manage the company's

  social media presence

  (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute

  content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations

  to drive engagement and growth.
• Monitor

  social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights

  to stay ahead.
• Create and maintain

  brand guidelines

  ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
• Engage actively with audiences responding to queries, comments, and messages across platforms.
• Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Collaborate with PR, event, and partnership teams to amplify brand presence.
• Track, analyze, and report on

  brand and social media KPIs

  (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions).
• Identify opportunities for

  influencer partnerships and community building

  .

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 23 years of proven experience in

  brand marketing and social media management

  .
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing, branding, and consumer psychology

  .
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience with

  social media management tools

  (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar).
• Creative thinker with ability to design and implement innovative campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to measure impact and optimize performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
